Hello everyone! I am super excited to share with you the latest kit that we have from My Favorite Things! It's called the Treat Bag Topper Kit and I can't tell you just how much fun it is!
I have a few fun treat bags to share with you over the next few days and the rest of the team has created so many cute designs, so you'll want to go and check them out!

I went with a dog-theme today for my treat bags. I no longer have a dog, but I have a few friends that do and this is such a fun idea that both the owner and dog alike would enjoy!
The options of treat bag toppers that you can create with this die are pretty much endless.
The options of treat bag toppers that you can create with this die are pretty much endless.
To start, I diecut my treat bag topper from White Card Stock and then trimmed a piece of the Tiny Checks Patterned Paper to 4" x 2".
I then lined up my paper where I wanted to place it on the bag topper and used a ruler and a pencil to draw lines at the places that I wanted to trim my paper to fit perfectly onto the topper. This part was super easy and didn't take very long.
I then diecut some white scalloped circles using the Stitched Mini Scallops Circle STAX Die-namics. I also used the Circle STAX Die-namics Set 2 to cut a smaller white circle on which to place my paw prints from the Paw Prints Die-namics.
I stamped some pups from both the Puppy Kisses and Canine Companions Stamp Sets and colored them with Copic Sketch Markers.
I used the coordinating dies to cut them out and then adhered them to the bag topper with some 3D Foam Squares.
I used both the gusseted treat bags and small treat bags (that are included) in my treat bags today. I added some Gravy Milkbones by Milkbone in the bag above and Cesar Softies by Mars Petcare in the treat bag below.
