MFT October Release Product Launch!

Hello friends!  It's finally time to shop the newest and most awesome release from My Favorite Things!

My card today features the latest Stamp Set from Birdie Brown called Secret Santa.  I honestly can't get enough of it!  These adorable images can be used alone or together to create the cutest Christmas and Holiday Cards.

For my card today, these two little children are in front of their fireplace while Santa is sneaking back up the chimney.  I guess you could also say that he's sneaking down the chimney because he forgot his milk and cookies, lol.  For all of my images, I stamped them onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110 lb Card Stock, colored them with Copics and cut them out with their coordinating dies.

For my backdrop, I simply blended some Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Ink and colored the floor with some Warm Grey Copic Markers.  I diecut a fireplace from white card stock and blended some Cement and Steel Grey Inks using the English Brick Wall Stencil to create the illusion of bricks.  For Santa's legs, I used the Santa from the new Santa & Friends Stamp Set and fussy cut him so that he was no longer attached to the reindeer.

I added some decorative Sisal Trees to the top of the mantle using the pine trees from the BB Beast Friends Stamp Set and some Holly & Ivy from the BB Santa's Elves Set.  I then adhered some stockings to the fireplace mantle using some 3D Foam Squares.

Head on over to the MFT Boutique to check out all of the other new products available!  Also, don't forget to stop by the MFT Blog to see all of the amazing designs from the rest of the Design Team!  Leave a comment on each of their Product Launch Blog Posts for a chance to win 1 of 2 $100 MFT Gift Vouchers!  Maybe the lucky winner will be YOU!
