Hello friends! I was recently introduced to a new company called Picket Fence Studios and was asked if I would sample some of their products. I was quite impressed with their variety of stamps and found so many that really appealed to me.
My card today features the beautiful little Mermaid from the Little Coral Girl Stamp Set. I combined her with some of the fish from the I Am a Mermaid Set and the gorgeous Ocean Dreams Background Stamp. This background stamp is just amazing. I love the beautiful but subtle detail that it adds to my project.
For my background, I first heat embossed the Ocean Dreams Background Stamp with Clear Embossing Powder. I then blended some Distress Inks (Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers and Chipped Sapphire) over this panel for an ombre ocean-themed look.
For all of my images, I stamped them with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto a sheet of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110lb Card Stock and colored them with Copic Sketch Markers. I then cut them out and adhered them to my card base with some 3D Foam Adhesive Squares. I heat embossed my sentiment onto a strip of black card stock with Super Fine Detail White Embossing Powder and adhered it to the top portion of my card. Lastly, I added some clear drop embellishments for some added interest.
I encourage you to check out all of the amazing products that this company has to offer so far. I fell in love with their ocean-themed line of stamps but they have a lot more variety that will appeal to just about anybody.

Golly, this is beautiful, Rachel. I love the colors! The background stamp looks stunning in those inks. The images are delightful. I will check out this new and fun looking company. Thanks so much for sharing.
