Pudgie Mouse - The Stamps of Life

Hello friends!  I am so excited to share with you a newly released stamp and die combo from The Stamps of Life!  It's called mousepudgie2stamp and it's the first in a new line of "pudgie animals" designed by Stephanie Barnard.  This set was so much fun to work with!

For my first card, I started with TSOL Box Card for my base.  I then added some layers of patterned paper & solid cardstock to the flaps and sides.  Next, I die cut some pieces of grass using TSOL Grass Die and then glued them into the box.  For my mouse & cheese pieces, I stamped them all with Tsukineko Tuxedo Black ink and then colored them with my Copics.  I used the coordinating dies to die cut the images and then added them to the inside "shelves" of my box card.  The cute little camera is from an older (but awesome!) stamp set called camera2stamp.  I glued this to the mouses hands (or paws) and then used the smaller banner stamp from morechalksayings2stamp upon which to stamp my sentiment.

This next card was super simple to make!  For my background, I die cut a piece of white cardstock to 4x5.25".  I then did the same for the dark yellow piece of cardstock.  Following this, I used a variety of circle dies from TSOL and laid them on the yellow cardstock in various places to cut "cheese holes" once I ran them through my diecutting machine.  After I stamped my sentiment, I then used some foam tape for added dimension and adhered this to the back of the yellow cardstock before placing it over the white piece of cardstock.  Once complete, I stamped, colored and cut my mouse & cheese and simply added them into the largest "cheese hole" on the bottom right-hand corner of the card.  Done in no time!

Lastly, I created this fun little flip-its card that says "I Have A Secret" on the front. Once flipped open, it then reads, "Can you be a quiet as a mouse?".  I used the Sizzix Playful Flip-its Die Set for my base.  I added some panels using TSOL "Awesome" Collection patterned paper (which came in a recent Card Club kit).  For my sentiment, I simply die cut a few ovals using both TSOL Stitched Oval Dies and regular Oval Dies and then stamped my sentiment on top.  Once again, for the mouse, I stamped him/her with Tuxedo Black in and then used my copics to color.
